Cancelation Policy
CANCELATION POLICY:
Nightly or Weekly Stays: No refunds on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid minus a $10.00 Cancellation fee. The deposit will be forfeited for all reservations canceled less than 3 days prior to your arrival date.
Monthly Stays: No refunds on or after arrival. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. The deposit will be forfeited for all reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date.
While we hope you'll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel, please contact us during office hours at 912-222-1819. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations by email.
Whenever possible, we will try to change the dates of your reservation. We can do this one time without incurring any additional fees but will need a specific date to associate your reservation with.

Campers who don't call and don't show up for their site will have their reservation canceled without a refund.

We do not offer refunds for weather.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
The following weekends are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas and Thanksgiving.
