Campfires are only allowed in designated locations and shall not be lit during excessively windy and dry conditions.

Bonfires are not allowed

Do not enter or use any docks. All docks are privately owned and are not for use by guests of Deep Bend Landing. Management cannot ensure the integrity of any dock nor be held responsible for any failure.

Pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 4 Title 27 of the GA Code, management shall not be liable for any injury or death as a result of fishing.

Campground guests will ensure that all of their visitors and family are aware of the rules.

A deposit is required for all lodging. The deposit will be refunded within five days of your checkout, provided your reservation was kept, there was no damage to the premises, and the property was left clean. Otherwise, the deposit or a portion of the deposit will be withheld.

We have a VERY STRICT cleaning refund policy because we do not automatically charge a cleaning fee. Therefore: if you leave the property dirty you will be charged.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm, and check-out is at 12:00 pm unless prior arrangements are made at the time of reservation.

Use of boat ramps is at guest risk; management shall not be liable for accidents or injury

​All lodging during holiday weekends requires a minimum of two nights stay

Please Do Not rake property yards as it promotes erosion

Management reserves the right to deny services and/or demand that you vacate the property at the sole discretion of management.
